Night of Mystery does not offer refunds or exchanges for our mysteries or merchandise.

Due the nature of the mystery files, we have no way to prevent a customer from using a party package after the customer has purchased from our site. We do offer free preview files that will assist in making sure that our party packages are everything that you expect and want in your purchase. Please see these previews before making your purchase to ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, we encourage you to reach out via email before purchasing with any questions you may have that may not be listed on the website and/or in the preview file.
